Why are lives that I’ve been gifted disappearing when I receive more?

I get notifications of messages. I go in, and the number of lives I have is lower than the last time I checked, even though I just received more lives. I didn’t use them. I save them to use when I have more time to play. I have lost over 50 gifted lives already.

There is an issue with sending and receiving lives which is being investigated, but at present we have no time frame for a fix. This maybe a cause of your issue as this was down to a facebook platform update a few months back and your lives are stored in facebook notifications. We always advise not to store to many lives as there are various reasons your lives can be lost

Hello i12read there is definitely something wrong with the lives requests, and it has nothing to do with Facebook.

I can't tell you exactly what is wrong, but if you look at my screenshots you will see an example of how the number of lives changed. The screen shots are a day apart and represent me logging off and then opening my game the next day.

It is notable how my total lives decreased by the number of life requests.

My best advice for this issue is to not let your lives build up too much and continuously make use of them so you don't lose any! Cheers :)

@Lindark that advice doesn't work because even when you use your lives you still lose them between logging off and reopening your game.
