I just finished first in the streak contest, but I did not get my rewards. Is there anything I can do? That is a little frustrating.

If you have not received your reward please contact Player Support here:
You can also log in directly from your game by selecting the question mark (?), select "Purchases and Gold Bars" , choose any topic from the list and once you've picked a topic, scroll all the way down until you see "Contac Us".
Note: Once you have sent your request, you might receive an automated response so please reply back to this email, and an agent will be in touch.

Unfortunately, I don't always receive the rewards from features either. It is very frustrating but there isn't much you can do most of the time. Definitely check to make sure your app is properly connected to the internet!
