Hello there, welcome to the forum.
Just watch the video (current version, 28 moves) & see how that player did it, YMMV; may the candies (& cherries) similarly fall in your favour.
If you're already having problems completing levels at this stage (there's currently a total of 11780 in the game), it's not a good sign.
But give it another go; have fun, enjoy...

I leave you some tips that can help you.
This is an ingredient level, you have to collect all the cherries to complete the level. The cherries are locked in marmalade at the top of the left side of the board. You need to clear the marmalade to release the cherries, you can do this by making matches beside the marmalade, or use stripes or stripe combos from below. Once the cherries are free you need to clear the candies and licorice from below them so that they can drop down to the exits
