Obsessed with this game. For sure it’s my go
to. Even over all the the paid games I have.
However, my issue is whenever I level up it gives you five free lives but my problem is when I first turn the game on my & lives are already full..but then it says you have leveled up here or five free lives but when it’s already fullI don’t get the lives so I expect when I’m out of lives that I will get those five free lives but it doesn’t happen and I just don’t think it’s fair!! :)
but that’s all I have!

Unfortunately, lives cannot add up, for this reason, if you level up when your lives are full, those lives will be lost.

Hi Kim you aren't alone in having this problem as the issue of not receiving free lives that you have been given because you already have five affects everyone.
The issue comes up on a regular basis in the Idea area of this forum.
For whatever reason though King has decided that we can have no more than five lives maximum, and I can't see that changing.
I must admit I don't really understand why this arbitrary limit exists. The fact that people can receive lives from friends means that the limit of five is redundant, so King might as well let your free lives add up.

Yes, this is frustrating indeed! Unfortunately the max number of lives you can have is 5, so there's not much that can be done. So sorry for this

i understand how you feel frustrated on this issue, but unfortunately, this game and other king games i play only has a maximum 5 lives,
so if for example you still have 4 lives remaining and you were awarded 5 lives because you leveled up.. only one life will be accumulated on your account. .
