I leave you some tips to pass this level.
You need to work your way down the columns to get candies in the bottom part of the board and at the same time look for combos to unlock the locked licorice.
Once you get candies into the bottom part of the board your job will get a lot easier as you can begin to get cascades by making moves in the bottom part of the board.
Look for colourbomb patterns whenever possible, you will get them if you are careful.
