My "switch" boosters not working

I have several "switch" boosters on the side. When I go to use them they will not work at all. Please help!!!

Sometimes the game gets temporarily hung up and a few simple steps can help you out.  

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

What happens when you try to click on the free switch and swap the candies?

If you try to click and drag the candies, nothing happens?

You have to select the booster and then go to the candy you want to swap and drag it in the direction you want. Let us know if you are still having problems!!
