On this level the wrapped candy that is given on the right side goes into a never ending circle of explosions to where I have to end the game manually

Level 4453.break blockers as many as you can. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break remaining blockers and to reach the target to complete the level.

Are you saying that after the explosion of the wrapped candy the game continues in a loop without stopping? It could be due to a momentary bug, usually resolved by retrying the level.

The loop should end eventually when the colors don't match, if you wait a while :)
