So frustrated

I have been playing CC for years and was getting so hard that when I feel stressed I just start over again. Delete the app and reinstall and start on level 1. I usually get to level 1000. It saves my progress but no longer gives me the bonuses I was offered before, like fantastic 5 or the win streak bonus. What’s up?
