For the past several weeks I am not getting the boosters in fantastic 5. Only my name keeps adding up when I pass levels...everyone else remains zero. However, the total on the top(****/7000) don't match with my points..so obviously others points are being added but boosters are not being released...I have tried changing groups so many times but the same issue remains.

Hi and welcome to the King Community
There is sometimes a graph issue. to check if you have this you would need to add your team scores up to see if you have reached the 7000 target. If your team has not reached the target due to the issue please note that the scores in this case are counted in the background and if your team reaches the target in the given time you will receive you rewards

In the post I posted below you will find active community players looking for a team for the Fantastic 5. Try joining a team with active players to see if the problem recurs.
This issue could also be due to some members suddenly leaving the team and the graph causes a glitch.
