Level 3933, Once you collect the keys, yellow candies will be unlocked and the frog goes to full. At this stage tap on the frog and as soon as the frog turns into landing square mode you tap on the waffle and at the same time your two targets will be met and the level will be completed.

To pass this level start by focusing on collecting all the keys, once all the keys are collected the frog is free to eat all the yellow candies nearby. At this point, the frog will be full and will begin to throb, click on it and move it to the top left waffle. Finally, focus on the remaining toffee swirls.
If you can create a combo between a colorbomb and a striped / wrapped candy you will be able to not waste on collecting the keys.

It looks like you are playing a nightmarishly difficult level, so it may take quite a few tries. However, eventually you WILL get lucky and clear it. Good luck my friend :)
