You are probably playing the game through Windows 10 app? If so, you'll need to check out some updates. According to your screenshot, your game is connected to the server but you may be having problems with the app version not being updated.

First you need to check Windows Update because you will not get the latest version of the app if Windows is not updated.

If Windows is up to date you need to check Microsoft Store and Game App Updates.
