competitors weekly contest changed during contest-week

After 3 days (4 days to go) I noticed that the competitors in the weekly contest changed today. Not really fair to change players during the contest game. Is this a bug?

This could have happened because the competitors played offline or with a bad connection and their progress was synchronized as soon as the connection was able to contact the server.

Also, sometimes features don’t work properly and may glitch up. Sorry this happened to you.

I guess both answers can be true. Thanks. Still a weird phenomenon to see competitors change halfway the game.
