Banner keep coming back

Every time I start the app it's present alltough the milestone banner option is set off. Many of my friends don't have banners. Not sure what device they use. I use a windows desktop. I think it's a software issue. Most facebookplayers got rid of the banners, others not.

Once the Milestone badge has been added to your avatar, you can turn off the banner from the settings. If you find the badge in Avatar despite being turned off from the setting, show me both screenshots so I can report the problem to my team.
