I don't get the extra lives or the bonus flying saucer. I have to watch the ads, bur get "video not available" notice for my efforts. Please fix.

Some of the newer levels are very challenging on purpose. If you wait some time, they will eventually be eased... Sorry for your troubles!

I know the videos from you tube The players too and these always have more moves and more boosters than a normal player. It's not from yesterday that I play candy crush The latest games are sometimes very discouraging
