Hello my friend,
Have you tried to log out completely then log back in as this sometimes help's to bring you back to normal playing.....or even just updating your game can help as King Games updates there games every week on Wednesdays most of the time and that can help you too.....try these and if they do not work you can contact Player Support you can find them to the right hand side of this screen under "Quick Links " scroll down until you see " Support " click on this feature and when it comes up follow the instructions and explain your issues and remember to add your email address and Game ID as you can find this in your game....double click on your Avatar and you'll see it and then finish the Support page with your email address and explain your issues and then send it making sure you added your email address as this is how Support will contact through your email address...
