I win a level but stay at the same level

Hi, I did win one difficult level, using some boosters, but the game didn't follow to the next level, staying at the same level and counting the boosters. It was the 7th level accomplished and was the last one in order to win the Candy Royale, so I did loose the golden bars even if I win the level. It happened to me 3 times in the last few days, but twice was only a level without prizes, but it bothered me a lot, because they were difficult and I had to play again and again to win.

Could you please help me in some ways? Or, at least, give an explanation?
