I still don’t have F5 so i decided to stop playing this game, because i can’t join the team , As you suggested i had to reinstall this game and log out then i founded my life was disappeard and all my Inventory was blank, i am so disappointed, i dont want to play again, I'm not sure I can wait until f5 appears

Hello my friend and welcome to the Community,
Have you completely logged out using your email address and password then logged back in using your email address and password as this is how everything is saved in your game like your gold bar's and boosters....if so you should have everything like F5 Team listings in your game if not then you need to contact Player Support as this is a in game features and we here in the Community have no control over in game features....
You can find the Player Support under "Quick Links " to the right hand side of this screen after you see this scroll down until you see "Support " click on this feature and when it comes up follow the instructions and explain your issues and concerns about your game and make sure you include your Game ID you can find this in your game under your Avatar double click on your Avatar and you'll see it, add your Game ID and your email address and explain your issues and concerns about your future with your game and then send your message to Support and someone from Support will contact you through your email address as this is how they will contact through your email address....as I hope you let me know if this helps you with your issues.....
