Inventory blank after reinstall

In my game have not F5, I've tried several times in and out of the game but still I don't have F5 in my game, then I tried uninstalling Candy Crush from my cellphone and reinstalling it, the result was still the same but what surprised me was that my inventory was all empty, why did that happen? isn't my game saved? how come? I can't play anymore without a booster, I hope you can help to restore the contents of my inventory,
otherwise I don't want to play anymore

The boosters that you collected or purchased are stored locally in the device memory and the boosters will be completely lost due to app error, app crash or uninstall the app. Since the boosters do not sync with the game server, if they are lost somehow, they cannot be recovered.
However, if you purchased the boosters but lost the boosters for such reason, you should contact our Player Support through app help center.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

It's so sad to lose that many boosters, I can't play anymore, I'm very disappointed, all this because in my game there is no F5, while in my brother's game everything has F5, they invited me to join but I couldn't join, I was disappointed with the candy crush system

if indeed you can return my inventory then I will continue to play, I have no more enthusiasm to play because my inventory is empty, this makes me annoyed and doesn't feel like playing anymore…
I hope there is a solution for me, because I've been playing every day and all the time non-stop, it's all gone… I'm tired and lazy, I have to start playing from the beginning again.

Got the same issue. Have to re-install 'cos the game started to shut down after loading everytime and updating it didn't make it work. I was in level 6085 with losts of inventories and lifes from friends stored. Nowhere to that point said I'll lost everything after re-installing. It's simple... I don't get my stuff back, then I'm not back. Uninstalling the game in two days and of course, leaving a nasty review afterwards.
