I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for some time but now can not get into my account now have tried to sign in again but want except my email or name said it is being already used could you please help thank you Thelma Vaughan-Cubitt

Hello @subzue if you are receiving a message that says your name is already being used that sounds like you are trying to create a new account rather than logging in to your existing account.

Make sure you choose 'sign in with existing King account' and not 'sign up with email' when signing back into your game account.
