If you are referring to the game badge, it will automatically be added to your avatar after you pass a Milestone level. If you haven't received it yet, try passing level 4000 again to see if this can facilitate its appearance. Also, check in your game settings that the Milestone Badge is ticked.

If you are referring to the Community badge, you can post the screenshot of the various Milestone levels you have reached (1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000) here:
