why did it send me back yo level 1 when i was at almost 10000

i was almost at level 10000... it sent me back to level 1... i spent many years and money on this so how do i get back to my levels please reply asap tyvm

if you have signed into king through email in your app then your progress is saved and you can get back all your levels. if it is a facebook account then also progress is saved.
