I have registered on Candy Crush Saga for almost 4 years. I've created an account with my Email. BUT, I've forgot to confirm the Email address that time.
I have reinstalled my mobile phone (Android system) couple of days ago, and wanted to recover my Candy Crush Saga levels. But this time I cannot login with Email address or Username. Responses are always that "Emal address/Username and password combination don't exist." I remebered my password, it should be never wrong. In Candy Crush Saga game on mobile phone, I clicked Forgot Password link, filled my Email address, the response is "Email address doesn't exist." On website of king.com, after executed Forgot Password process, the response is "New password was sent to email address....", but this password recovery email is never received. On community board, click Forgot Password link, the result is same as mobile phone "Emal address/Username and password combination don't exist."
Now I registered a new account with same Email address above, it is successful. I don't know what happened. My purpose is restore my game data, because I'm in a levels about 4000 and played almost 4 years. I don't want to lose it.
Any help would be appreciated.
