I am not getting any rewards

These days I am not getting any rewards previously we used to have a lot of options for getting rewards now a days don't feel like playing game please help me to get rewards. Also I could see when I am sending help for lives to friends they aren't getting any notifications hence nobody is sending me Lives whereas I am able to send lives to others
