my fantastic 5 was close to getting the points to get the reward but the next time I played the points had started over and I didn’t get the reward.

There is sometimes a graph issue. to check if you have this you would need to add your team scores up to see if you have reached the 7000 target. If your team has not reached the target due to the issue please note that the scores in this case are counted in the background and if your team reaches the target in the given time you will receive you rewards.

If you post a screenshot we can confirm this for you or not and advise you if this is not the issue

and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here, 

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

A warm welcome to the Sweet King Community and this help forum. Probably what happened is that your team got the 7000 points and you received the prize, but when you came back in, the time for the prize had already expired. This happens often.

I am sorry to say @Gabriella12 that there is nothing you can do to get your Fantastic Five back. Once King has removed a feature from your game all you can do is wait and hope that one day they decide to give it back to you.
