All purchases and transactions in your games and apps are made with the account you have on your device or platform.

Please check the payment details, you will need to do this from the account you use for all in-app purchases. On iPhone & iPad your Apple-ID has your payment details, on Android devices it's your Google Play account, on Facebook you have the payment details saved on your Facebook account settings.

Please check with your platform provider how to added the payment details from your account.

You can add your credit card depending on the device you play on.

If you play on an Android device you can add it to Google Play.

If you play on an Apple device, you can add it to your Apple Account

If you play on Facebook you can add it to your Facebook Account Settings

Finally, if you play on Windows, you can add it to your Microsoft account as well.
