We are investigating an issue with the game not registering the progress in a correct way for some players.
Because of this issue you may get put back to an earlier level when coming back to the game.
We hope that this issue will be sorted out soon.

I'm happy to announce that this issue is now fixed!
All levels should from now and on be saved correctly and you can continue from the correct level when returning to the game.
If your game did not automatically restore the lost levels, you will need to replay them
If you lost various played levels you can also reach out to Player Support HERE, so they can put you back on the level you should be on.
In case you used any purchased items on the levels that didn't get saved correctly becasue of this issue, Player Support will also be able to compensate for any lost purchases.

I thought it helped but I played the levels again and logged oud en logged in and again at 9530 pfffff is there somebody how really helps me?I wrote to custumer servie and they gave a few boms and that I had to play the levels again it costs me 10 goldbars and nothing .....again 9530 I payed a lot of money to get where I am and now this,I need real help!!!

Hello,i am at level 11471 but when i came again to play,the game reset at 11470.The same thing happened to me when i passed 11467 to 11469,the game reset at 11467 and i need to use more boosters for pass the same level.What can i do?If the game react like this,i must to quit because is frustrating.I don't want to play the same level infinitely.Thank you!
