Unable to pass Level 1106 - should it be marked as 'Hard'?

I'm reporting a life-consuming level that not many players, myself included, could pass. Specifically, Level 1106.
The objective of that level is to 'Clear all the jelly', but because of the small amount of moves it takes to pass the level, and due to its complex board design, I am stuck on this extremely difficult level since I do not have enough Gold Bars or Boosters to continue playing. I also have no money with me to make in-app purchases.
Honestly, as it would be a waste of lives, I think Level 1106 should be declared a 'Super Hard Level'.
