Try to check from the game settings that there is a tick on the Milestone Badge. The Badge should automatically appear on your profile after reaching a Milestone level (1000, 2000, 3000...), if you have not yet received it try to repeat that level (this could make it appear) or wait for the next one.
NOTE: Sometimes it doesn't appear right away but after passing a few levels. For example, if you are at level 3000 it may appear to you at level 3050.
