Game glitches- I lose my rewards
The last 3 times I have been on a streak and approaching either the 25 streak prize or the level completion streak the game glitches and completely closes. Like goes to my home screen. I lose my progress and a life. Anyone else experience this? I’m about done with this game because of this glitch. I enjoy competing with myself and to lose progress because of a system issue is getting real annoying.

I am sorry to say bruddock6 you won't get any help here with your issue. Crashing apps can be caused by many issues and some of them can be caused by the users own device. The issue that gets missed here is that it is only ever the Candy Crush app that crashes and therefore the issue is more than likely at King's end rather than the users device.
Anyone else experience this?
More often than not it is adverts that cause my game to crash, but very occasionally my game has crashed for no reason at all. You will find though that your issue is very common. Just search this site for 'crash' and you will see what I mean.
