Hello - I just won a bunch of awards in the climb, and now when I try to play (lvl 2166), the game just continually closes. Please help!

@mosespwns try clearing your app cache if you play on mobile and clear your browsing history if you play on a PC.
Restart your device regardless of what type of device you play on.
