Level 11011 looks weird

The left portal exit has no candy underneath, but the right side does? That doesn't make sense. Both portals are blocked by frosting. So why don't they both have no candy underneath?

Could it be something to do with the conveyor belt @Goldenswordz? Because the portals at the bottom are blocked nothing can drop to fill any gap you make but maybe the right hand side was filled by the movement of the belt.
