Fantastic Five reward glitch

Anyone else getting this issue where the rewards just freeze after getting to 7000 points in the Fantastic Five events?

I don't know what's going on, or why it's not moving onto the next progression bar, but it keeps freezing here.

there has been a graph issue that is making people believe they have reached 7000 points but when scores added up they do not come to 7000. All you can do is contact customer support from your game or by the contact us at bottom of page and explain your issue. you will need your game ID

Have you tried to check that your team's points are actually 7000? Also, check that all the coponents are present, sometimes when someone leaves the team suddenly a graphic error can occur.

In any case, the score will be counted in the background and when your team has reached the goal, you will receive the reward.
