+3 item, after 5 failed tried

Hi, i'm Gabor (rob69), at level 4743 and after I failed to pass this level, more than 5 times in a row, I expected to the "+3" moves to appear ; it doesn't. Where is it? 🤔 I still got 21 gold bars, to play with, in case I decide to use them.
