Lost level progression

since the latest update, I’ve been unable to sign in with my apple account.

Mir has finally started working and I have somehow got all my gold, boosters and friends but I’ve lost all my level progression. I’ve gone from lvl 3160 to lvl 11. I’ve friend emailing candy crush but a computer response gets back to me without helping. Is there anyone out there that could please help me? 😢
