A cherry is stuck and im on a 14 level streak

How can I move the cherry or finish this level including using boosters, i tried many things but nothing moves it out of there.

Don't destroy liquorice swirls protected candy cane fences when the cherry is on column 7, otherwise it will be stuck completly.

Does this mean there is absolutely no way to finish the level from that position? Or is there a booster I can use to make me win

As has already been suggested to you, to pass this level, you do not have to break the licorice otherwise the cherry will not be able to fall. I leave you a video that may be useful to you.
