Level 12271 18 moves? Without boosters or extra moves? I looked it up and at first it was 30 moves

I’m stuck I’ve worked hard to get back to the top.

Level 12271 now has 18 moves, at first it had 30 moves?

i don’t have boosters or extra moves.

i don’t have gold bars, I’m trying to get 10 bars, but can’t if I don’t get 4 levels.

HELP PLEASE
