Reinstalled candy crush saga on the same device but.....

Recently I haven't been able to send lives. This has been going on for about a month now. I decided to uninstall and reinstall on the same device and I lost all my boosters and other things that are not there now. Why does this keep happening?

also can not give any lives to any friends...they have to ask me for one. also for a month or a tad more..there is nobody listed to the left of game but my own name and a question mark...no levels of friends or anything...getting old
