No free booster after being a paying player

Hi every one , does anybody have the same problem as me that after u have being a paying customer u have nolonger receiving any free booster or extra moves from videos flying ballon or cinemas even booster before u start a level . Btw , it also reflected no matter a normal level it seems like every level is a hard one u must need gold bar for extra moves . I have been spending quite lots of money to purchase gold bar and it seems it is a constant . Besides some players show off online how to pass level without booster but I discover their moves must have at least 6 to 9 moves more

unfair , purchase being a constant , level make it super hard that u need to pay all the time to pass every single level . I am regretted and felt sad
