Why is this Candy Crush Saga Episode is not working?

Hi all,

It has been more than few weeks since I'm stuck in 4590 episode in Candy Crush Saga. When I reached this episode, I have been unable to play this episode and progress further. The boosters are not showing. When I click on play, I'm unable to play because it is only showing a blank screen.

This has never happened before. Is it to do with not updating the app or something else?

Members in this community, please help me out.

Thank you for your response.

What I was referring to in my post is that I am unable to play the game itself let alone it is with or without boosters.

When I click on the play button, I just see the 'Blank Screen' and not able to see the game format as you have shown in the video for this particular 4590 episode.

Please help me out anyone regards this.
