Fantastic Five and missing boosters

For the last few months, there is a name that appears at the top of the screen for the Fantastic Five challenge. It used to be my name that was there but that is no longer the case. The name listed is not one of the members of the team and I have no idea who this person is or why their name is on my screen. Ever since this began, I am constantly not getting the boosters that I have earned from this and other challenges. This has happened dozens of times. I am wondering if anyone else has ever heard of something like this happening and what needs to be done to fix this problem. Thank you.

here is the screenshot you requested. I have no idea who paola is, but ever since this name popped up at the top of this, I have not received most of the boosters I have earned. The issue is not just confined to the Fantastic Five challenge, but happens on every challenge that exists in the game.

Another thing that I forgot to mention in my earlier email. When I open the program, it will show a message at the top that says "paola you logged in" even though it is my account. It is as though my account has been hijacked and I wonder if this other party is getting credit for all of the boosters that I have earned.

From what I see in your screenshot you have joined another team and that team name is Paola😊Also I can't find problem with your Fantastic Five.
You may have received a request to join a team, and because you accepted the request, you joined that new team. The team target is taking longer to complete due to two members not being active on your new team, but the Fantastic Five feature is working properly.😄
However, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below as the steps will fix the problem if there is any error in the game app.
Check the app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
