just finished playing on the special you offered 3 days of unlimited lives i had 197/200 lives in my inbox.since i had 3 day of limited lives that i brought for $49.99 there was no need to use the saved lives.now that my 3 days of unlimited lives has ended,igo to use the lives in my end box only to find that now i only have 15 lives. HOW CAN THIS BE RIGHT? SINCE I HAVE NOT USED ANY LIVES FOR 3DAYS ,I SHOULD HAVE THE SAME NUMBER OF LIVES AS BEFORE I PURCHASED YOUR SPECIAL.SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!!!PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU PURCHASE 3 DAYS OF UNLIMITED LIVES AND LOSE LIVES IN YOUR INBOX AT THE SAME TIME.I WAS GIVING KING ANOTHER CHANCE TO RIGHT IT SELF ,BUT I SEE NOW THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.THIS IS A BRIDGE TOO FAR.I AM ASKING THAT YOU RESTORE ALL MY LIVES
Hello @foxy I don't know what to tell you about your lost lives, but I can tell you that it has nothing to do with the Lives Inbox changes.
King has had an issue with people's lives going missing for a long time now and, as I am sure you are aware, the issue is currently the subject of a long running Class Action against King in the USA.
More often than not people here will try to tell you that it is a problem with your device that has caused the issue. Things like software updates on your device, or your device crashing can cause your saved lives to be lost.
In some instances this is most certainly the cause of people losing their lives, but in my opinion there is something else going on as far too many people complain about the issue for the issue to be just caused by 'updates'
