with me passing 1 level every 100 attempts or so, i dont think this event will ever bother me! win 8 in a row?!? i dont do that in a week anymore, with the "great" changes the king people have made to the game. but my wife also commented that the first time she did the 8 levels (increased from 7, another move to make things harder), she got plenty of gold bars. the second time, it was single figures.

Candy crush has to stop sharing jackpot with others because we play so hardly to win and people simply get the reward

I think you misunderstand this challenge. It's not a team effort. It's just you who plays all those levels, a single player game. If you win the National Lottery you also share the jackpot if there are several people with the winning numbers. That is how CandyRoyale works as well and what "share" means in this instance.

Yes, I don't get it either. I also won 500 on it once, and I think that is one reason they took it away.
