For some reason I didn't get the candy cup the first 5 days. I asked around everywhere Community royalty came directly and through the game etc. I finally got the message the other day so I began my wild card race. I had it for a little while then it was gone and I haven't seen it since it's been days so I was in the handicap wild card for a few hours. What's with that?

For some reason I didn't get the Candy Cup the first 5 days. I asked around everywhere: Community, Royalty, King directly and thru Customer Service etc. The game finally apeared the other day. So I start the Wild Card competition a little late but I was making good progress and was okay with that. I missed the entire Qualifying Round. So, happy to be finally participating and....boom.....the Cup is nowhere to be found! And I haven't seen it since. Not even a full day of play in the Candy Cup. I'm disappointed that's all.

( I actually asked customer service and they gave me the old 'well some people have some games at some times and other people have different ones, your friend might have different ones, or if you play on a different platform yada yada you know the same old story that we know. But I don't think that was the right answer. That's for events. This is World Competition CANDY CUP! I thought we all had a chance to play and try to stay in thru subsequent rounds. A 6-hour window didn't give me much time to go anywhere. Just so much for the worldwide event.

There should be a thumbs down option or a sad face. Not everything is good and sweet and helpful and magnificent. This is worldwide event first ever everyone was supposed to be included. I had 6 hours and the race we have nothing to do with my browser cash or anything. It just showed up after the start of the wild party on for less than a day. Unhappy, thumbs down, :-(

My event also just disappeared. At that time I was number one but I wanted to collect more green candies to assure I stayed in the top 3 to qualify for the final. So I can not continue. The same happened when I tried to qualify for the semi final, event suddently disappeared and never came back. Fortunately it turned out I was still in the top3.

What's going on?

Thanks for your fast response. . I just got a mini challenge (50 green candies) and when completed, everything went back to normal again.
