Why do you sell booster packs that don't exist?

Twice today image almost completed my level and I gad some options to buy a small bundle. (£4.49) The payment has gone through the game says it was successful and then just freezes. The first time it happened I thought maybe my Internet gad dropped but a second time several hours and a restart later this was all I had, I look forward to hearing from you soon
