why can my free boosters be lost on a new device?

So I asked for help restoring the episode race to my game and your reply tells me about losing stored boosters when getting a new device. No help for my issue but brings up another question. If my game can be controlled remotely to prevent passing levels (and it can!), why should it matter what device I use to play the game? Your automatic reply is obviously geared toward masking your inability to properly program your game content. The game, to be fair, should be the same for all players and it isn't even close! All 3 players in my family have different contests and opportunities in order to earn boosters.

Boosters are stored withih the device we play on. Purchased boosters may be replaced

Many of us have lost the episode race in our game, that is the players who had it.

All players don't have the same events. I have just lost the F-5 feature in my game as well as the episode race. Now waiting for something new as you

Ok Glenn 1972. You may be right but 2 very productive contests have been eliminated and so far the only new features I have seen is pop ups after passing a level showing profile pic of my friends saying they are "cheering me on".
