Not enough 19 move for level 3460

Level 3460 currently has 22 moves, if your game still reports 19 moves, please check that the app is up to date.
To pass this level you will have to start by destroying the blockers that prevent you from getting to the bottom of the board. You can do this with simple combinations, but if you can create combos with wrapped candies you will save a lot of moves. Once you reach the bottom of the table you will have a lot more space to create combos, so if you can try to combine a color bomb with a wrapped candy or try to make a lot of wrapped candies to destroy the licorice shells.
