Hello @hclouse77 - when you are in the help center at the very top the is a search which asks "How can we help" - type your issue - then you can pick one of the suggested topics. At the bottom of the article it asks if the article was helpful and then it says - Still need help - then you can click on "Contact us".
Also in future, here in the community - the best way to report an issue like this is in the support area for the specific game you are having an issue with.
As far as level 1884 is concerned - the studio has been working on a fix and it should now work for everyone - please follow what I have said in the comments above.
