What’s wrong with the “Royalty Celebration” ??

I received an email about your Royalty Program indicating I was at a Sapphire tier, however upon logging on the page and trying to redeem these rewards, I started to receive error messages stating that I have an internet connection problem ( which I don’t) and there was an issue with the Royalty page. As a result I haven’t received anything and my Candy Crush app isn’t working properly. Is King working on this issue and do you see a resolution in cite?
