Won the semi-finals, but got no prizes?

I know I won 1st place in the semi-finals but for some reason, nothing came up this morning telling me that I won 1st and no prizes were awarded. It does show I qualified for the next round, the finals.

I know a friend who also won first and told me that they got the prizes of 1 UFO, and 2 of Lollipop Hammers, Free Switches, Wrapped+Striped, and Color Bombs, but I did not.

Is there like, a really short window after winning to claim prizes or something?

You have 11 hours to claim your reward, otherwise it's forfeited. I find this extremely badly thought of but, apparently, they haven't developed a way to deliver rewards via in-game post.

Semi Final:

Starts: 30th September 2022, at 4 a.m. EDT

Ends: 3rd October 2022, at 4 a.m. EDT

Claim end time: 3rd October 2022, at 3 p.m EDT

Final Stage:

Starts: 7th October 2022, at 4 a.m. EDT

Ends: 10th October 2022, at 4 a.m. EDT

Claim end time: 10th October 2022, at 3 p.m. EDT

@JeffMakesGames That begs the question: did you get your prizes for winning Qualifiers and Quarter Finals (assuming you placed top 3)? I did not, and it wasn't till Doondie chimed in that I learned the reason why.
