Level 5929 Cherry Never Dropped

I had many moves left, the entire board cleared and the cherry never dropped. I used the extra moves from ads, then purchased extra moves twice, and it still never dropped.

So I've wasted gold and lost my booster streak because of a glitched level.

As context, it has been over 100 levels since I last failed to pass a level on my first try, and I've failed to pass less than 20 out of the past 1000 on the first try.

Any compensation for the lost gold and boosters possible?
